What areas do you deliver to?

We currently operate in East Auckland, but we are also looking at expanding our service area - you can see our current service area on this page.

Do I have to pay a deposit or start-up fee for your subscriptions?

The first payment will cover the first 6 collections, then payment is taken every 4 weeks. We don't have deposits or contracts - we try to keep things as simple as possible!

How do I cancel my subscription? How much notice do you need?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply visit 'My account' and click 'Cancel subscription'. You can cancel at any time and we will come to collect the bin or bag.

How long does it take to get my bin when I sign up?

We aim to get your bin or bag to your property within 48 hours or less.

Where does my bin need to be on collection day?

You need to make sure your bin is out on the roadside by 7am of the day of collection.
