Terms and conditions
Deposits: We don't directly charge deposits for our bins or bags. However, your first subscription payment covers you for the first 12 weeks (that's 3 collections). During these first 12 weeks, you will not be charged again. Once the first 3 collections have been completed, you will be charged a single collection fee every four weeks.
Cancelling your subscription: You can cancel your subscription from your account page at any time. However, keep in mind that no refunds are given for cancellations for the first 3 collections (12 weeks).
Damage or loss of bins / bags: A replacement fee will be charged for lost or excessively damaged bins and bags.

Collection time: Please have bin on kerbside by 7am on day of collection.
Bin contents: Please no flax, bamboo, excessive soil or branches over 100mm in diameter.
